Owner of Kiki's Hope For Youth
When young girls experience trauma, heartbreak, severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel before their eyes greatest passion is to bring healing and to nurture their hearts by providing them with a loving and caring environment, where they can heal and grow. Kiki's Hope For Youth is an opportunity for Shirley and her team to help them find a healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and SAFE!
She understands that no single approach is the right one for every young girl, which is why she has experience in a range of modalities such as Family and Child Services Adocate, Association for the Blind and Retardarded and Department of Broad Of Education. Shirley is a Foster mother for many years before she adopted one of adpoted daughter.
With the countless hours of certifications which include CPR Certified, First Aid Training, AMAP, Strategies for Crisis intervention, and Prevention, she is ready to serve the girls in New York.
Her education background includes an Associates Degree in Human Services Community Services and Social Welfare from Nassau Community College.
Shirley is a joy to work with and truly has passion to serve the youth.
